Christian Baumann LLM graduated in law from the University of Berlin. Christian has worked with commercial real estate since 2002 and with airport real estate since 2008. Christian has been responsible for the development and financing of properties in the UK, Italy, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Denmark.

René Christensen
CFO
René Christensen holds many years of experience as a finance director and is responsible for reporting and financial management. René is responsible for both reporting and contact in general with customers. He oversees that all financial procedures, are handled in the best reliable and efficient manner.

Tommy Pedersen
COO
Tommy is responsible for the technical operation of the entire building stock, which includes monitoring and servicing the buildings’ ventilation and heating systems, pumping stations, gates, elevators, etc. Tommy originally trained as a plumber and has served as operations manager in several large companies throughout his career.

Jens Winding
CSO
Jens has a background as a graphic designer, having worked for more than 30 years with newspapers and advertising across both print and digital platforms. At Airport Project Development, Jens manages all security-related tasks, including the surveillance of properties and outdoor areas, as well as the handling and registration of guests.
